Our process for CNC milling, turning,
fabrication and more

Pro Force Machining customers include large and small manufacturers from a variety of industries. We make some parts that retail for less than $100, and others that sell for many thousands of dollars. In each case, we follow a proven process.

Project plan

We sit down together to understand your needs and any prior obstacles you’ve faced. Many Pro Force customers have tried other machine shops with less-then-ideal results.

Design

We can work with your existing designs – whether they’re Mastercam or SolidWorks files or just hand-drawn sketches – or create something from scratch based on your ideas.

Prototyping

Before beginning a production run, we’ll collaborate on prototype parts and equipment to ensure the finished product provides the functionality, quality and tolerances you need.

Quality control

Once you’ve approved the design and prototype, we carefully manage the production process to deliver every unit according to your specifications, using the most efficient processes possible.

On-time delivery

At Pro Force Machining, deadlines and delivery dates aren’t just suggestions. When our team commits to a delivery date for your finished products, we meet it.
